A healthy outside is healthy inside- At North Point Residential School health and well-being is given great impetus that's why morning yoga and meditation are held regularly to implant a clear state of mind.

The yoga teacher makes a routine of everyday activities besides a sports teacher picks out a game as per the routine and plans accordingly for students to move from passive activities to active activities.

Meditation and spiritual knowledge are practiced to improve the concentration level of the students besides exercises like cardio, push-ups, side stretch, side over, set-ups, etc are done to improve flexibility and muscle strength.
