Admission Criteria

The Online/Offline Registration form will be available from 6th September onwards.

The Admission Process at NORTH POINT RESIDENTIAL SCHOOL is designed to enroll students with demonstrated potential. Registration does not imply admission, but it is subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of admission criteria.

Online Registration Form

  1. The online registration form can be obtained from the school's official website nprs.co.in 
  2. Once the registration is done and the payment is processed, the admit card will be generated which the student must bring to sit for the admission test.  
  3. The following documents mentioned under point number 6 must be furnished before the admission counselor while coming for the admission test. 

Offline Registration Form 

  1. Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion, and nationality in classes Nursery to IX and XI.
  2. Admission is made strictly on the basis of the availability of seats, and submission of completely filled registration form with all essential documents in due time.
  3. The children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test (for class LKG to IX), which may be written or oral as laid down by the school for different levels. 
  4. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without a photograph, will be considered invalid.
  5. Based on the admission test and other criteria, the School reserves the right to admit any student who is found fit for admission or refuse admission without assigning any reason. For all matters related to admission, the decision of the Principal/Management will be final.
  6.  An amount of Rs. 1200/- (Non-refundable) is to be deposited in cash at the school office as registration fees and the following documents are to be submitted:
    • Duly filled and signed registration form.
    • 6 Colored passport-size photographs of the student and a family photograph of the Father, and Mother with their ward in the center (postcard size).
    • Self-attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority.
    • Self-attested photocopy of caste certificate to be enclosed as per the applicability. 
    • Self-attested Photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the student and of parents or passport (foreign student) of the student in original.
    • Self-attested Photocopy of Previous year's Progress Report/Present Mid–Term Mark sheet. In the case of class XI, the pre board’s results will be taken into consideration for provisional admission.
  7. It is strictly advised that the parents should fill out the registration form themselves. In case this form is filled by guardians, it should be clearly indicated. 
  8. Care must be taken to ensure that the date of birth of the student and the name of the student and parents filled in the Registration Form tallies with that on the original Birth Certificate. 
  9. Original Transfer Certificate to be submitted before the commencement of the academic session 2024-2025(i.e. by April 2024). Admission will stand canceled in case the transfer certificate is not submitted in time.
  10. Original Migration certificate to be enclosed if seeking admission in class XI as per the applicability.
  11. In case of interstate transfers, the Transfer Certificate should be countersigned by the D.I. of schools or R.O. /E.O. of the Boards
